The idea is to be less focused on finding the right leader time and again, but rather deciding: we build our leaders at every level from within first. We mentor employees for leadership. The mission of Dress for Success is to promote the economic independence of disadvantaged women by providing professional attire, a network of support and the career development tools to help women thrive in work and in life.
Women in need of assistance to enter or re-enter the workforce may be referred to Dress for Success where they will receive a complete interview suit and accessories. She wears the attire that inspires confidence in herself, respect for herself, and presents the image of a valuable employee to prospective employers.
Dress for Success also provides her with job skills training and mentoring. With these advantages, she is prepared to earn a job, keep the job, and is more likely to earn promotions.
